The defects, photos and records you capture belong to you. We hold them to run the service for you — not to sell or share. You can request an export of your project records.
Evidence stays tied to the item
Capture, rectification and closeout photos are stored against the defect they belong to, with the date and the person who added them, so the record holds up later.
Access is by project and role
People see the projects and items they’re given access to. Subcontractors only see the items assigned to them — not the whole register.
Sensible, modern hosting
The app and marketing site run on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. The public website is static, which keeps its attack surface small.
Records you can take with you
Handover packs and item history can be exported, so your closeout evidence isn’t locked inside a tool you can’t get it back out of.
