Yes. Most teams start CleanRun IQ on a single live project — usually one heading toward practical completion — so they can see how capture, trade response and the handover pack work before rolling it wider.
An active project is one you’re currently raising and closing defects on. Once a project is handed over and archived, it no longer counts toward your active project limit.
Subcontractors open a browser link — no app, no account setup. They only see the items assigned to them, and they upload rectification photos from any phone. Subcontractor access is included, not charged per user.
We’re launching with early builders, so pricing is deliberately simple while we work closely with the first teams. If your setup doesn’t fit a plan, talk to us and we’ll sort something sensible.
No long lock-in. Annual is billed upfront at the lower rate; monthly can be stopped anytime. We’d rather earn the next month than trap you in a contract.
